I worked part time so I didn't get many benefits, but from what full time employees told me the benefits were alright. OK health insurance, good PTO and vacation. Not sure about their 401 k.
Health Insurance, Dental, Vision, 1 week PTO first year. No flex plan, not flexible with time we are allowed to take, very little time away from work.
Franchise hotel (will vary depending on company) Company provided only 2 weeks of vacation after 3 years. No paid maternity/paternity leave.
401k plan, heath care benefits
I work as a server in the hotel. The company offered a very nice insurance policy. My favorite perk is the hotel discount. We are given 30 days at the team member rate and friends and family are given an additional 30 days.
As part time you don’t get any benefits besides the employee rate discount at hotels! Which is still pretty amazing. Employee rate is $35/night if available. Friends & family varies but it’s awesome!
The worst part about the benefits at Hilton Garden Inn is that I do not receive any, as I am part-time only.

It is all the best to get a choice to be in such prominent ,relaxing resorts .by our hard working & determination.
Salaried employees receive 100% employer paid health insurance and small life insurance policy. Dental & Vision are employee paid. I don’t know many specifics about the 401k, but they supposedly offer this. Vacation accrues per pay check (weekly). No additional sick pay.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
