Started out with about 6 hours of PTO earned every paycheck, this includes sick time and vacation time. Employee discount is really good when it is available but there are rumors that it will go away since HGVC has split from Hilton World Wide. 401K match is pretty good. Two health insurance options, one is very reasonable but iffy coverage, the other is very pricey with pretty good coverage.

401k with matching, good health insurance, company sponsored life insurance and disability. My favorite benefit is the travel program that I use at least once a month. I couldn't afford half the trips that I take without this major discount. The dental planned cover adult braces as well.
Great medical program that allowed me to see my choice specialist in another state. Also great perks in travel and discounts.
