The Owners pay 80% of employees insurance. Full coverage Kaiser is very affordable. Hotel discounts are great as low as $35 per night if available + 50% discounts at hotel restaurants.
The bonus structure is great but the health insurance options are average
The Team Member Travel Program was good when they first rebooted it. Now it's even harder to get rooms at the team member rate to places someone really wants to go to. I usually stay with a non Hilton hotel because some other hotel has a better rate than the BAR of Hilton. The rest of the benefits are pretty good
Hilton corporate jobs start with 20 days of vacation and move up to 25 days per year on your second year. Health insurance is OK and doesn't start until three months after start date. They offer paid maternity leave and two weeks of paternity leave. They also offer $10,000 in adoption assistance. 401k match with option to have a ROTH 401k or Traditional. Amazing hotel discounts.
