Excellent health care benefits and 401k
Other then the time off accrual the benefits were standard for any company like this. The time off accrual is way off what is should be to have a decent work life balance. It takes more than a month to accrue 1 day of vacation.
The PTO is very generous as you gain tenure with the company and they also offer a full 12-14 weeks paid maternity leave which is unheard of. Insurance and 401k options are good, pretty standard.
Their medical PPO plan is amazing! The best I have ever seen! Most importantly it is at a reasonable price!

Depends on the account your working on. Best benefit is volunteer day. Health options are terrible.
Excellent medical, dental benefits and coverages however the coverage for specific procedures and specialist visits seem to be diminishing from year to year. Vision benefits could be better.
The dental plan was not great but none of them ever really are.
Healthy 401k Match, very good healthcare, was able to take advantage of the new Hyatt Legal Plan to update my will. 2 Weeks paid leave with 9 holidays and 2 floating vacation days for first 2 years. Goes to 3 paid weeks at 3 years. 3 weeks of paid paternity leave in addition, and 6 weeks paid maternity leave.
