401k with 6% match (fully vested from day 1), 9 paid holidays and 2 floating holidays, 10 days PTO in first 2 years, then increases to 15 at year 3. Separate sick time. Health/vision/dental coverage. Virtual medical care-I personally used this more than I thought I would! It certainly depends on location/department, but my team has flex hours and ability to work from home when needed.

Hines offers commuter benefits, medical benefits and a 401k package. I like the options of having a debit card for commuter and medical benefits, this is a great perk.
Benefits are as good as or better than any top-in-class company in our sector.
Health insurance benefits are below average with high premiums and out-of-pocket limits. The vision insurance network is quite limited. You do get separate vacation and sick time, which I prefer. But you can't carry over either from year to year.
