Individual coverage is very affordable. They offer a few different plans that try to meet you where you are in terms of healthcare needs.

Honestly I never benefited from anything, I can not remember the benefits that were in place if there were any
The best thing about the Hire Dynamics benefits package is that they try hard to cater to everyone's needs. Their medical insurance ranges from robust packages to everyday coverage. Hire Dynamics also pays a portion of the employee only premium which keeps the cost down and makes having insurance more affordable. They offer a 401K as well as a matched contribution which is also a value add!
The application process is easy. You can contact all the HD offices for assistance. Their client Dollar General IS THE WORST place if you are above average.
They have a comprehensive package that covers mostly what you need. They don't have paid maternity leave, which is the biggest bummer, but they have a program option that you can pay to get short term disability if needed!
They have excellent benefits. Good health, dental, sick days, vacation. They are always there to answer any questions.
Only thing that I would change would be to offer more vacation time that can be accured per hours worked instead of receiving it after 1 year of service.
