The paid time off is generous. They do not offer as many paid holidays as other companies do. But the paid time off is generous. I cannot speak for the 401k as I do not use it. They do offer a match up to a certain amount. They offer tuition assistance. And they also offer 8 hours paid volunteer time off.
PTO is good and they are very understanding when taking time off. Health Benefits are ok.
it is better than what it use to be. I was able to add my spouse and now it literally doesn't cost an arm and a leg. thank you
Best: Excellent 401K match, generous vacation and sick time off. Worst: Health Insurance is expensive, high premium and deductible.
Quickly gain a generous amount of vacation days.
While I worked there, the time off policy was generous for an American employer, and employees were rewarded with even more PTO at the 2-year and 5-year anniversary. When I left they had just changed from a PTO "bank" system where you get all your PTO days at the beginning of the year to an accrual system where you accrue a certain amount of PTO each pay period.
I know a person who made a fake experience letter because he had a personal connection with that company's management. When he applied for a job in another top MNC, the background check was surprisingly clear. I don't know how do they check, but I'm sure they have skipped many candidates til date.
They have a fairly decent benefits package. Their paid time of accrual is very good even when you first start.
high deductibles and high co-pays. Not the worst insurance but definitely not the best.
Interns don't receive PTO but I heard the amount given is pretty good.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
