Unlimited PTO. Snack spread in the office.
Health Insurance, 401K, Unlimited PTO
Worst thing: Healthcare benefits don't start until 30 days after start date. Best thing: Having benefits is always a good thing, so there's that. The benefits are pretty standard, though there are some bonus amounts available.
Their benefits are reflective of a start-up. If you decide to work here, it's not because of the benefits. After speaking with my peers who work for more established companies, I've found that it's been extremely costly working here. They mean well, but it'll set you back.
The best thing about the Hireology benefits package is unlimited time off and the ability to work from home from time to time. Our Paid Parental Leave program is extensive as well, three months paid leave for primary caregivers and one month paid leave for non-primary caregivers. We all have lives outside of work and the company is committed to helping employees juggle their responsibilities.
We get unlimited PTO! Along with that we have a 401k plan and health benefits that are great!
Just don't. Be patient and look elsewhere.
Eh, it's certainly below average.
