Good health insurance options but the costs should be lower for a company this size. Unlimited PTO for certain positions. Retirement plan options and company match are not great.
The benefit package for Hitachi is pretty sufficient.
Good set of choices for health care. Ability to cover spouse for life insurance. Several benefits, such as Short Term Disability, Legal Assistance, AD&D and others are employee paid. Company resumed 401K match after a period of providing no matching.

It was not a competitive benefit package
The insurance premiums are skyrocketing every year! They are not keeping current with what other high-tech companies offer - either with options and especially with prices. It is truly burdensome and each year gets worse. They seem to take away offerings and not offer any ones - things like gym memberships or school reimbursements.

Health insurance is as par with the industry standard. All other benefits will be also at par with industry. Much emphasis will be not given on opting for 401k benefits. Also there will be few hidden benefits which will be solely at the discretion of the manager.
