Typical Benefits, Health Care, 401k (no contribution), short term life insurance, vacation/sick. At the time I was there, not very much flexibility, but that could have changed due to Covid.

Good benefits! Health and dental insurance, 401k (no matching available though), life insurance. Starting vacation time is just over two weeks and increases every couple years.

Vacation time was ok, but healthcare was expensive and flexible schedule was frowned upon and not equal across the company.
