I thought everything was great. If all you care about is benefits this is a great place. Paid holidays was 8 a year. Paid vacation and sick time were more than ample right off the bat. I believe about 20 a year. The dental and vision insurance weren't great, but also not required to get and should probably not waste the money on the options they provide. 401K was good and the HR department was always more than helpful with anything you needed assistance with.

Best: 401(k) has good 7% employer contribution and so-so 100% match up to 3%, but beware 3-year vesting period Worst: health insurance (and vision and dental, for that matter) exorbitantly expensive, even after subsidies (nearly 10x the cost of my previous employer's comparable HDHP, already a so-so plan)
