Excellent benefit package. They offer many options for insurance, 401k matching, and other life insurance option that anyone could want. They really take care of their employees.
All of the insurance plans were really good. They match 3% for your 401k. The also have sick leave and holiday pay.
It is a basic plan that continues to increase in price. Very little explanation of plan options
Competitive health insurance, matching 401K, volunteer paid time off, professional development, tuition reimbursement, paid internships, employee travel discounts.
Best is how much they offer their employees. Worst is there is no protection for these employees in the instance of an epidemic. But I think this across the board with all businesses. Not partial to HICV.
The PTO package is pretty good.
