“Employee discount was pretty decent, if you ever get a chance to take a vacation, you can stay at any IHG property for a major cut in pricing. Although I was never able to take any time off, until I quit, it would have been a wonderful company benefit to use. ”
“We get the bare minimum training to do the job hired for. not any room for Moving up in the company so no reason to train us for much more.”
“Training always updated haven't known of many jobs that provide free extensive trainings and it's hands on so you always know what to do.”
I liked the paid vacation and benifits and I have life insurance
We have zero benefits and are punished for taking sick time off.
The employee discount is amazing and a great added benefit of this job. The health care benefits are expensive and do not offer much coverage.
It is very hard to sell within the program because individuals such as the managers do not allow promotions to be easily available and even when they are they are not very useful or a nice bonus.
they dont offer health insurence.
The benefits are amazing. Discounted night stays at all holiday inn expresses around the world.
Everyone got a bonus except me every yr only me
401k policy offered, employee info meetings w/ expert speaker to explain all options. That's it. No medical, dental, vision, health, etc. Offered.
The only thing you get for working here is a mild discount on hotel rooms, nothing else.
There are no benefits at all. Barely ever get tips. Pretty sure when the executive housekeeper strips rooms she takes what tips that may have been left
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
