Was just offered 401k. Matching 6%. No healthcare because of ACA. No dental. Bonuses are cool - but only after the hotel's sales can cover it. I've earned a 5% bonus, but it wasn't given because the hotel had been slow for a couple months.
Healthy insurance, 401k, and the opportunity to stay at select hotels under company umbrella at a discounted price. However you only qualify for certain benefits after working a certain amount of work days.

Insurance not affordable for non-management.
There are no benefits offered at this location. We are a franchise so that may be different than a corporate run hotel.
