You get very little vacation and even with the tiny bit that you do you can't actually stack it from year to year. I don't even know if it is paid.

StarStarStarStarStar Current Front Desk Agent in Conway, Arkansas

Varies by owner/operator. Where I work, you earn 40 hours paid vacation per year for each year you work full-time for the year. There are blackout dates on when vacation can be used, and if you don't use it by your anniversary date, you lose it, so no accumulation.

If you are full time and work for at least a year, you may get 5 days off. Sadly, most people can not stand their position for that long.
