“employee rates were awesome. $15 a night. ”
“The deductible could have been lower”
“They train you a little then you are on your own to get yelled at when you don know how to do something even if its soothing you were not shown how to do. They add new things all the time and don't let you know how to do them but expect you to know.”
discount worldwide on other hotels owned by the company!!
Pro: Paid Time Off and Health Insurance. Con: No Paid Holidays, No way to earn extra wages.
The best thing about the Holiday Inn is the employee hotel discount. It's my favorite part about working there.
Seeing as I am only a part time employee, I have very limited knowledge on the matter. 401(k)s are offered, as are employee discounts, but otherwise I am unsure.
Health coverage at $80.00 a pay check, 401K but no matching. low cost hotel stay at employee rates, as low as $39 a night.
Several selections, with the option to opt out for health, vision, dental. Not comprehensive, but it covers quite a bit
90 day probation before you can access benefits
No benefits unless your 40 hrs a week. If your full-time then you can can health insurance and 5 paid days off a year
horrible management, low pay, and short hours
Decent insurance plan-but no vision or dental. One week paid vacation after a year. Low base pay and not much room for growth
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
