    Holiday Retirement has a great Vacation and PTO plan they also pay for your birthday as well. Really great package.

    It's just about the same as most places. You earn PTO and seperately you earn sick leave. I wish they were combined as I am rarely sick and I could build up PTO faster if they were combined

    difficult to schedule time off or to get people to fill in since now run with a very lean crew and limited people cross trained or able to fill in - staff does what they can to juggle hours

    There was not a lot of options to take time off. Not even one day. They expected me to work 7 days a week and 16 hour days.
