401k match is pretty standard at 100% of first 4% and 50% of next 2%. Pretty good PTO accrual, especially once you've been there a while.
Bonus program for leasing commissions and renewals is better than industry average. PTO is only 2 weeks the first year, but it's difficult to get time off approved because of chronic understaffing.
Best thing is the sabbatical and profit sharing - worst thing is only 2 weeks vacation up front.
Holland awards tenure through profit sharing, sabattical, and accrued PTO. It takes a while to reap these benefits, so tenacity is key. They only offer 10 days PTO year 1, so pack your patience. Full medical, dental, visision after 60 days.
The absolute best thing about Holland's benefits package is that they award three additional weeks of vacation/sabbatical with every five years of service! I've never worked for another firm that provides this.

Medical plan sucks, dental isn't bad. And, the vision is alright. There are lots of discounts on cell phones, etc.
It would be nice to have sick time plus PTO.
