New people may or may not get trained depending if you are a seasonal worker. You get more time to train if you are not seasonal
The offer an MIT program which most retailers do not have so you’ll learn a good amount through it. But this truly depends on who you work with. I’ve been lucky enough to be under great leaders who trained and taught me a lot but I’ve also worked with other managers who don’t train at all.

10 week training program is really only 2 weeks its okay though bc everything you learn is just on the job experience over time
Training is completed by store manager when you are hired as an assistant manager, and most are very motivated to help you grow with the company and teach you everything you need to know about the position
