Good benefits on par with industry standards other than vision (poor coverage) and no charitable giving match. Reimbursement for public transportation would be a "nice to have".
Good time off benefits, 3 weeks vacation to start, 1 personal holiday and 7 days of sick time. Medical plan is expensive and premiums, deductibles and out of pocket max go up every year, which is very annoying. Unfortunately no stock options for employees. 401k match is decent, could be better.

Every year the bi-weekly rate goes up and out of pocket is ridiculous if you need to cover your family. Trying to push HSA just like most companies now days. . They match 401k and the stock options are good though.

Health and Wellness programs are top notch with lower employee premiums than what I've heard is out there (from new hires) and opportunity through the wellness program to earn cash, prizes and credits to lower insurance premiums. Multiple medical and dental plan options including partially funded health savings account with the high deductible plan. Generous Paid time off and flexible work schedules. 401(k) match at 4% fully vested, ESPP with a significant discount, paid parental days beyond disability benefits, Adoption and Tuition reimbursement. The package definitely plays a part in overall job satisfaction.

The worst thing is the vehicle the Hologic has chosen to manage it's employees 401k plan contributions. The current vehicle is not providing good value to Hologic employees - (fee intensive) and upper management is not taking action to correct the problem or offer alternate better value solutions for it's employees.
