Parental leave..10 days over the first 12 weeks.
Comprehensive benefits program with generous employer contribution, great choices and strong provider network and generous employer match to 401(k) savings.
Lots of options - lots of plans.
High healthcare costs. Decent Dental. Poor 401K.
great medical benefits and vacation time
Good benefits on par with industry standards other than vision (poor coverage) and no charitable giving match. Reimbursement for public transportation would be a "nice to have".
Good time off benefits, 3 weeks vacation to start, 1 personal holiday and 7 days of sick time. Medical plan is expensive and premiums, deductibles and out of pocket max go up every year, which is very annoying. Unfortunately no stock options for employees. 401k match is decent, could be better.
Benefits package is good with a good matching 401K and opportunity to contribute to a Flex Spending account.
Every year the bi-weekly rate goes up and out of pocket is ridiculous if you need to cover your family. Trying to push HSA just like most companies now days. . They match 401k and the stock options are good though.
Vacation, 401k and time off are good. The health insurance is just ok, you end up paying a lot anyways.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
