“You can get full coverage but with high copays and lots of out of pocket cost. Monthly deductions for the health insurance is high”
good benefits, liked that they matched your contribution to 401k
Health insurance and paid time off
there are great benefits!
Good health insurance coverage if you stay within the Holy Cross system. 401k, PTO
Full benefits offered, but for a health organization the healthcare care package is extremely expensive to their employees who are not paid much. After Obamacare they were hasty to select the most expensive plan for employees which also drove up cost for monthly health needs-like prescriptions.
Holy Cross has great benefits
Many options are available for employees to customize their benefits packages to fit the needs of themselves and their families.
All their Health Insurance packages are too expensive unless you're in mid-management and up. Their lowest package offered(which is staying within Holy Cross) won't help their bottom level employees.
No paid sick leave, insurance coverage is not so good
ER copay is $175! Can only see HCH physicians. High copays/deductibles No sick time, PTO is used for vacation/personal days/sick days
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
