The medical benefits are excellent. If you stay within the HNMC network, there is little to no cost for dr appointments and tests.
For a single person the benefits come out to about $32 a month for full medical/vision/dental.
i do not have benefits as i work per diem but i am able to use their health insurance policy (with my own as primary) and get no copay when you use their hospital services or physicians who are affiliated with them.
There are no benefits unless you are full time and it is very difficult to get listed as full time even if you already work full time hours
Free healthcare, horrible dental, excellent management.
Health and Life Insurance, 401k, Vacation time, LTO
The longer you work there the higher the bonus. vacation is normal and insurance is not the greatest. But if you get all your treatments in the Hospital they don't charge you.
