Very generous package the first day you start at our franchise. No waiting for your 5 year mark to get the full package (like vacation for example.) Training is top-notch.

Benefits package not useful for me so did not add any significant value to my employment, plus the 3 days of required training focused on positive cognitive engagement with the client proved to be irrelevant when each shift primarily involved cleaning and laundry tasks dictated by a family member.
