Low premium and great coverage as well as low or no co-pays.
401K was average, health insurance was mediocore, the company used to provide raises and a holiday party but had stopped since the new ceo came on board.
Time is accrued as you work throughout the year so difficult to build time up
Good package in this economy! Medical w/ RX, dental, vision, HSA, FSA, PTO, vacation, 401k w/ up to 3% match (3 levels to choose from High deductible, HMO or POS through Aetna). Tuition assistance would be a nice addition.

My workplace has a policy for hourly employees that if they call out for any reason the day before or after a holiday they forfeit any holiday pay. They don’t have the same policy for salaried employees. This really rubs me the wrong way. I understand they don’t want people calling out unnecessarily but what if there is an emergency or someone is legitimately sick? People shouldn’t be penalized for that. Does anyone else’s workplace have that policy?

No sick days. Four PTO days, not enough when people in office are sick all the time. Benefits cost is outrageous. No company perks, just lots of work and no over time.
