Applied for insurance through the company and it's taking them awhile to process my application.
We were vested with company match at 1 year. I can not remember the match amount, but it was a decent amount. Time off was accrued rapidly and encouraged.
The companies benefits are great. Full 401 K after 6 months I believe. The commission structure is very lucrative and easy to achieve. The company has all kinds of perks for its employees from raffles and giveaways, to company events. Superbowl tickets, Vacations and even cars. This place rocks to work for.
Amazing health insurance from family and dental to pet insurance. Get paid to volunteer.
Offer a seamless account for lunch and dinner
Happy hour every Friday, basketball court and cafeteria on site, 401(k), dental, vision, life, disability, and pet insurance just to name a few.
The health insurance is the worst I've ever had. It's an Aetna PPO. And does nothing more than get you a small discount. You pay nothing at the Dr visit. But the surprise comes when you get the bill The company only matches 50% on the 401k Time off is accrued per paycheck, totaling 2 weeks vacation per year and 1 week of sick time per year
The commission is sometimes tough to understand
Vacation ! And Holiday pay
It was the usual bottom of the barrel health insurance with a 401k where they matched up to 5%. You had your usual 10 days vacation, 2 sick days and 1 personal but you were pretty much frowned upon when you requested a day of not during the holiday season.
