Great benefits packages. 401K match, different options for health insurance, quite a bit of paid time off, discounts to sport games, concerts, events. Discounts on mobile phones.
The best part is HomeAdvisor provides benefit options that cover everything!! From retirement to medical to legal to pet! They offer a competitive benefit package that I can modify to meet and cover all my needs! The worst part... well I don't like that I can't modify my selections until open enrollment comes around but that doesn't fall on the company's fault. That would be the Government ;)
They offer a comprehensive health benefits package and 401K.
You are offered three tiers to choose from that meets your medical needs. Two for dental. Vision is inexpensive and covers a full year of contacts or your set of glasses. Tuition reimbursement of 70% with a B grade average. Two weeks vacation first year separate from your PTO and Sick time.
best is that with Homeadvisor health insurance was available but co pays were very high.
Great benefits! The best I probably ever have had. They are ala cart so you only pay for what you need.
You don't receive anything until 90 days. Medical is pretty expensive. They don't allow you to compare benefits until you've been hired and worked there for 90 days.
Health insurance premiums and deductibles are low. PTO is okay, a lot of innovative companies are offering more PTO out of the gate and are more flexible with working from home. but overall it is a solid package.
outstanding insurance at great cost and great pto and 401 k is outstanding, buy IAC stock
Nothing, it's very good
