4 weeks vacation plus sick time and floating holidays, decent 401K match, great dental and vision, good medical. Fantastic maternity/paternity leave and heavily discounted vacation rental once a year anywhere in the world.
FT benefits are awesome, but contractors do not get these benefits
Vacation and time off is great (20 days after a full year of working at the company) and health insurance package is great too. The worst thing is that there is no added incentive to use our own product.
Great medical, vacation, dental, life, legal insurance. No work from home policy, no pets, employee training isn't great.
Having a 401k is nice, not sure if they match. Vision and dental insurance are dirt cheap (like $10/mo each) and have decent coverage. Health insurance is also pretty cheap but has so-so options.
The Benefits were great! 4 weeks paid vacation, Bear Stay program, complimentary snacks, and drinks. The Best thing is you get benefits within the first 30 days of employment with HomeAway. Worst: 401k employee match should be higher.
Its good not problems while you join.
All employees get 3 weeks vacation from day one. Upper level employees have no set number of vacation days and simply take time off at their discretion. The health plan is quite good. The largest office in Austin at the Domain has a gym, showers, and bicycle lockers. All locations in Austin offer subsidized passes for public transportation and there is a free shuttle between offices. The company provides breakfast for all employees on Fridays. Many managers & departments are flexible with regard to work hours and working from home. On the down side, the company does not match 401k contributions.
The best is that you get 4-weeks paid vacation and amazing health care!
The new Expedia benefits are actually worse than the old plan. They're even more expensive. The vision and dental plans are not free anymore but cost hundreds of dollars each year.
