    There are no paid holidays. We always have to work holidays even if we RTO (thanks to poor management), and we get no extra pay of any kind for doing it.

    You get paid time and a half for working holidays if you are part time, no matter how long you've worked there. If you are full time you get the day off plus holiday pay
