Very good benefits at work
Part-Time gets almost no benefits. It takes 2 years before you get 12 hours of personal time a year, and 0 sick time.
Working as a part time so no benefits
I'm only part time and after a year and a half I've gotten four sick hours, which is nice. No personal days or anything else, though.
Could be better. You get paid every week but then ur medical copays are okay for just covering the employee to themselves but if u want to add a spouse or dependents then your gonna pay ALOT. Hopefully someone else in ur household can put u on there insurance instead. Or else your paycheck won't be enough to support the family.
Money towards college and good health coverage.
I work part-time, so I do not get benefits. The full-time people seem to be happy with the arrangement, so I do not know how helpful this is.
