Even as a part-time associate, some of our pay still goes to our retirement. I mainly love the associate discount card because it works at all of the TJX stores!!
No benefits for part-time workers (health insurance, vacations, PTO). You do get a 10% off discount.
The paid sick time was the only benefit I received as a part-time high school employee, but I give credit to the state of Massachusetts and not to TJX for that. I'm not sure what the full time people got for benefits.
Annual Bonus, 401k, health insurance, pet isurance
The DC in Bloomfield unloads 400+ containers per week from all over the world (ie. CHINA, SOUTH KOREA & ITALY) and the associates who work their are afraid of what they may become infected with so they request to use plastic gloves and masks to prevent getting viruses such as COVID-19. Look for made in the USA instead of this overpriced junk retailer. For the $$$$ you will spend here, you can buy actual craftsmanship that will last.
They offers some good benefits such as discounts for being an employee there. These discounts can be used at any TJX store which is pretty cool. They offer paid sick days and they give you the chance to definitely grown within this company.
U get 10% if ur a guy who cares lol
i worked part time i didn't get any benefits
Expensive for family coverage. Can't get it unless fulltime and coordinator . Benefits easily lost based on attendance and coverage was ok.
As a part time employee you do not receive benefits. You get minimum wage and no other additional compensation or benefits
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
