“It's only 10%, which is basically nothing.”
“Full time employees receive 1 a year paid time off”
“Great training at HomeGoods. Videos are helpful.”
Paid Vacation (which more is given the longer you've been with tjx), paid sick time, paid personal days. Great vision, good dental, good medical insurance. Company funded HSA, 401k match. 10% employee discount, with occasional 20% weekends
Homegoods has great benefits. There are health benefit options that you can select based on your needs.
They have a lot of benefits
Good 401k fund Good insurance
Really good benefits nice environment
The benefits package is excellent at Homegoods if you are in management or a coordinator or 4th Key
Good benefits. They start your contributions automatically which was very helpful to me since I was so new to it. They also have a good matching rate which I really appreciate as my current employer doesn't match at all. HOWEVER, as an assistant manager, I had over 100 hours of sick pay and NEVER used it. If I was sick, I had to switch shifts with the other manager. This was super unfair and frustrating.
Not the best health insurance.
Vacation time is decent. Sick and Personal Time is great. Overall pretty worth getting 2 weeks vacation, 1 week of sick, and 3 days of personal for only working for 2 years.
I wanted for what seemed like forever just to get health insurance. No one should ever have to wait so long for health insurance. This company does not prioritize the health or safety of their associates.
