Covers what I need and you’re not limited to one option
Health Insurance is expensive. Super expensive. Insurance carrier is very difficult to deal with when it comes to getting your prescriptions. Complete nightmare. If you are looking for a company with great benefits. Homeside is not it.
401k match is poor and below industry standards

hq is based in ohio and they are willing to use companies there to accommodate their employers. The other branches have to accommodate and it does not help us sometime. Dental was with BEAM and toothbrushes would be deliver to our home but most dental offices they worked for were in ohio and not in va
They provide plenty of great benefit options for not only yourself but your family and anyone else you want to put on.
insurance, 401k, all benefits comparable to top companies around the nation.
Homeside has many great benefits. I most value the paid time off (2 weeks in first year of employment, up to 4 weeks in subsequent years)
2 weeks PTO in your first year. Great health, dental, and vision insurance.
401K is a bit notorious mostly because the rest of health packages overshadow it. As a person recently in the work force it's not a top priority but a concern none the less.
