No tracking vacation is great with WFH. Mandatory wellness days help prevent burnout. Health benefits could be at the level they were at before PayPal. I hope PayPal doesn’t take away our free barista coffee, free lunch, and free workouts once we go back to the office.
New LA office is amazing. Free lunch, fun happy hours and events, cool cafe, and great work-life-balance. Medical benefits could be better.
