The health benefits are horrible. Monthly premium for a couple is approximately $1,000.

The HSA is normally billed as a benefit because of low premiums, but Honeywell has decided to have sky high premiums for their HSA, which does nothing to actually fund the account. If you fully fund a family plan HSA, it will cost you about $14k.

As stated earlier, deductibles kept going up & dental coverage was no longer compensated by company.

For a normal family this is the single worst insurance I have ever had, part of the reason I left the company. Not actually a benefit if it does nothing and cost an arm and a leg. No copays, no prescriptions and your deductible is about 7K$ per year. The insurance pays Zero until you meet that deductible so Doctors visits now cost 350$ instead of 25$ copay prescriptions that were 20$ copay per month are now 120$ per month and the monthly premium is as one of the highest I have ever had. The only redeeming things was their HSA is set up correctly. Never cared to use an HSA before because their terms were ridiculous to the point of not being usable. This one is nice and since our insurance didn't pay for anything ever we did have to start saving money to pay for basic care.
