The company follows the model of salary. Other benefits and perks are pretty much non-existent, unless required by law.
There are no benefits! The health plan is not subsidized so it costs as much as $700 a month for a family and the 401K matching takes forever to vest! They say the vacation is unlimited which just means you won't get paid for the remaining days if you leave the company!
401K matching is good at 87.5% of 8% contribution but it's managed by Fidelity. Medical plan is very expensive and only high deductible plans are available. There's 7 days of sick leave and vacation days are not capped by HR but your manager has to approve! Guess that means take reasonable vacation time but you won't be able to cash anything if you leave. Telecommuting is against policy! You're either in the office or on vacation.
good 401k matching, lots of vacation days but careful when you use them.
Vacation days, 401K contribution and Paid time off are the best of its benefits. Medical insurance is the worst of all the benefits.
Best: Flexibility Worse: HealthCare and salary
Average salary (I was inetrning here)
Started out with great benefits and lower employee contributions. But every year (5 years at Honeywell) as heath care cost and insurance kept rising more of the burden was transferred to the employee contribution vs. the company portion. But this has become pretty standard at most companies
Good 401K Plan. Great matching company contributions.
There is 401k match which is 1/3 of 8%, there are also 10 vacation days a year as well as sick time.
