Honeywell has an unlimited vacation policy.
Unlimited vacation time, and based on manager approval. If you get the right boss, this is great option. Sick days are offered and good set of paid holidays.
3 weeks standard vacation annually
Worst: "unlimited" which gives managers tools to punsih employees
Pretty competitive. Non-exempt start at 2 weeks and obtain extra week at 5, 15, 20 & 30 year anniversaries. Exempt employees have "unlimited" vacation, but it really isn't.
"unlimited: - LOL. If your manager approves it. Entirely up to your manager and leads to a lot of inconsistency and morale issues. The prevailing attitude is definitely that people should not take time off. If it were really unlimited, it would not need approval. Plan in advance and don't expect truly unlimited vacation.
Vacation & Paid Time Off looks very attractive...
Unlimited vacation. If you are lucky, have a small workload and flexible manager, you can take a LOT of time off.
Unlimited vacation depending on your manager you may get more time off or be screwed
The unlimited vacation policy is great if you can manage to take some of it.
