Great benefits with 403(b) (dollar for dollar match up to 4%), affordable medical premiums for family with choice of Coordinated Care Plan, Standard Plan and Health Savings Account Plan. Health Saving Account plan comes with employer match if you contribute to the HSA. Other benefits include dental (3 options), vision (2 options), discount in the cafeteria, discount on childcare, childcare learning center, and adult daycare, paid time off, and tuition assistance.
Overall good benefits package. PTO is standard nothing exceptional but increases with time.?
Like many healthcare organizations, you won’t get much in PTO. But the compensation package is very strong, including insurance benefits.
Company matches 403b contributions up to 4%
I dont get benefits but I heard they are pricey. The limited amount of places you can go with the medical insurance
Just great benefits, great copay as well... $20 to see a provider is nice!
No actual parental leave, just FMLA and short term disability. No fertility assistance coverage.
PTO does not compare to that of nearby facilities. Medical benefits are average-above average.
Great Benefits package, unlike most in healthcare. They offer 100% vesting from day 1 up to 4% match on 403(b) and one of the best tuition reimbursement plans up to $5,200 a year. Not to mention that as health insurance has taken a really big hit to organizations over the past several years, HonorHealth is actually reducing the cost of their HealthCare benefits for 2019 and increasing coverage (which is unheard of).
Probably the best benefits in health care - education reimbursement, really low premiums, can't really complain.
