“A few choices in offerings so you can decide based on you and your family’s needs.”
“Awesome PTO. It's accrued over time.”
“403(b) match up to 4%”
Great benefits! Inexpensive health plan with low co-pays; good dental & vision coverage. Good paid time off especially for long tenured employees.
They have a great benefits package. In the 12 years that I worked for them, I used the education reimbursement, back-up child care, medical, dental, vision, 403b and discounts.
Good benefit packages has several options to choose from and affordable rates.
Low PTO. Only executives get big bonuses, not the staff who take care of patients. Bad leadership development... Leadership is very poor.
Benefits are decent. Fair cost.
Honor Health benefits are very good!
many primary care physicians to choose from if selection of HonorHealth provider only insurance
Three different plans to choose from.
The tuition reimbursement was phenomenal. For every class grade above a C+ you could submit for reimbursement. The process was a little daunting, lots of paperwork, but totally worth it!
Health insurance premiums have increased while coverage benefits have been reduced. 403b employer contribution match up to a certain percentage is great. PTO hours cover vacation and any sick time, so use those hours wisely!
