Only benefits would be tuition reimbursement for students. There are no other benefits for part time employees or Hooters Girls except modeling opportunities.
It's just like any other waitressing job except in a really uncomfortable costume because they make you wear two sizes smaller than your regular size

No perks or benefits for part-time employees. The only way to be a full-time employee is to be promoted to a management role. They do promote from within but there wasn't much room for growth as supervisory roles were already limited.
