Vacation and time off has improved over time, but the medical/dental package is heading the wrong way.
Waitresses don't get benefits at Hooters. They do offer a partial tuition reimbursement based on hours worked, grades and time with the company; which is awesome.
There is no benefits package unless you are management. You do get 50% off one meal while you are working a shift.

There's a 50% discount on meals (excluding kids meals). You would think since I didn't make a salary pay they could afford to give free kids meals or something.

Working 40 hours or more, I thought I would be offered some sort of insurance, but no. i plan to start 401k after 1 year of work.
In the beginning the company offered gym memberships, tanning, and health care after 90 days of employment. However at some point the company cut majority of benefits.
