Best health plan I've encountered so far!
401k match is poor and only available after 5 years to be vested. Medical benefits are alright. They pay like 70%, which isn't great at all since the ACA requires employers of their size to cover at least 60% of the premium. The wellness program is a disaster and no one uses it. Everyone I know agrees that we would rather have higher salaries than a room of unused hammocks. I think of the benefits as a present of junk wrapped up nice in a big bow. They lie on the crains best places to work survey etc. WFH is only allowed when sick and most of the other benefits are exaggerations or aren't promoted. Pretty funny. Bunch of liers trying to lure in people from other places that are better
I love the industry and work environment. Kind of great insurance plan, but really low pay for entry level positions.
You only see full benefits in action when you put in 5 years or more with the company.
If your fresh out of college and still under your parents insurance, the benefits package may not be relevant to you. Great PTO offering, tons of media 101 lessons and great 401k matching
20 PTO days, 2 digital detox days, NO SUMMER FRIDAYS (very bad and you're usually there in the summer on Fridays very late!)
it's Cigna - that's the worst thing in my opinon
Vacation time no longer carries over.
Lots of coverage with low monthly premiums. Overall a great package
Great PTO policy and 2 Digital Detox days for the summer time
