Horizontal Integration offered benefit package, but since I already have my own benefit, I don't use it.
Not a great package overall. Go to get your foot in the door and leverage for a better opportunity.
Best thing about the benefits is that they were comprehensive, affordable, and available to dependents, spouses, and domestic partners.
10 Days of PTO with unlimited sick time, 10 paid holidays, pricey health benefits, they have a 401K that you can enroll in but no employer match, cell reimbursement, paid for all expenses
There is no benefits package (since I wanted a 'high' rate, I get no vacation, paid holidays, IRA, etc)... Well, I take that back, I guess they do offer Health Insurance, but it is a HMO in Minnesota, not even sure if it would work in Colorado.
Great culture and work environment. Medical and 401k benefits are lacking however there's great opportunity to excel with the leadership style and solid processes.
Free food in the kitchen was the best thing. The micromanaging was the worst.
There are no benefits provided by this company.
Company has experienced TREMENDOUS growth and consistently tries to get team members to buy into the "team" mentality, yet you're served better looking out for yourself as there is no buy-in due to lack of 401k contribution, profit sharing, etc... Nothing
