They offer health insurance options which is nice, nothing stellar though. The 401k is available for you to contribute, but they do not match any contribution. There is a quarterly safety incentive that is basically a few hundred dollars every 3 months after taxes
If you're not upper leadership, your "safety bonus" is a joke. No 401k match, good luck with time off, well unless they stack your boat then they send you home. Dental doesn't seem to cover much for the price.
