Fair and consistent for all, reasonable asks from supervisors, generous Paid time off, holidays, and sick leave, easy place to call home
The health insurance is very good, the cost to employee is fairly low for great coverage and many options based on your situation/family's situation. Special benefits for health and wellness including gift cards simply for participating add a little fun! PTO is about the 'norm' starting at 15 days/year but can get quite generous as your years of service increase.
PTO is for vacation and sick time off, not seperate.
It is pretty comparable to what is offered by other companies.
The health insurance is basically a discount for services which almost matches a cash pay amount plus you have to may bi weekly premiums. The good dental plan is a little pricey. They pay for vision but its also just a discount plan and not actual coverage. They match 6% on 401k and fully vested in a few years. The reimburse for wellness incentives such as gym or weight loss program memberships and entrance fees for running races. Employee discounts with many vendors around the valley. They have child care assistance and FSA plan. Good PTO plan. EAP for 3 sessions. Tuition assistance up to $2500/year
Hospice of The Valley offers a generous benefit package. HMO or PPO and dental. Employer paid vision, term life, short term and long term disability.
They offer medical, dental and vision insurance. 401k, life insurance, short term and long term disability.
Great vacation package and 401K. Work-life balance is very important and stressed throughout employment. Not crazy about insurance carrier, but I have seen worse.
expensive and minimal coverage for individuals
Pricing for benefits package is reasonable and the company has a lot of free education and wellness incentives.
