HSS does not offer maternity leave??? oh wait, you get the day of birth paid and then are expected to use your vacation time. once it runs out, use short term disability. yeah having a baby is a disability??? i guess because all the surgeons are male that it cant afford to support female professionals
Generous vacation and personal time accrual (although it must be used in the same calendar year. ) Sick time can be rolled over. Very friendly staff, team attitude. Nice 403b with contribution from HSS. Nice tuition reimbursement.
4 weeks BTO. Sick time accrued 7 hours per month. 401 competitive. Health benefit contributions.
The best thing would probably be for the 401K every year you have the opportunity to increase your salary and they give you almost like a program where you can move up to the next step of becoming a higher level Intraoperative monitoring technician. They offer multiple types of medical insurance so you have options of which one you want to pick they also have commuter benefits prescription insurance (Escript Card) eye insurance, life insurance
