StarStarStarStarStar Current Registered Nurse in New York, New York State

403B (like a 401K, but for non-profit) the employer contributes 3-4% whether you contribute or not. Their nurse appreciation day is a joke generally. Tuition reimbursement is offered to get a BS or MS. Their health insurance is not bad. co-pay between $20-$50 usually depending on plan.
