Hot Topic Performance Bonus

We never got a performance bonus so i dont know what they are talking about

You would only get a bonus when you sold something which was only like .25 cents

Performance is based on the building as a whole and it's all or nothing . If one department fails to meet performance then no one gets a bonus .

As a part timer the only thing we would get is occasionally pizza. Management would get a generous bonus if we did well in sales.

If you make your plan for the month you get a bonus. Management only tho. It varies from month to month. But it's in 3 tiers

ZERO rewards for doing well in sales or credit card numbers, despite how utterly difficult they were. the only "motivation" given was the threat of being fired for not meeting perfection.

It's so bad. Even as keyholder, my bonus was only $20............... While my other managers above me got about 100-200 more. If you aren't a full time you're nothing.

At Hot Topic, you work with RF guns; if you work faster than what is expected, the company will give you a bonus to reflect that. so i think its fantastic, except be mindful of your RF guns; if they are on during breaks, it is still counting.
