I personally think it’s cool to work there. But this is my first experience working there. But the workers are really sweet and they treat you like friends and I like that
I really don't remember the benefit options available to me as employee other than concert ticket reimbursement which was really cool.
Standard 5 days, work from home I wish.
Benefits are awesome. 40% discount on all merchandise, including clearance, and 20% off music (vinyl, CDs, etc.). Full health, dental, and vision for full time employees. Super affordable. 401k. Paid vacation, sick and personal time. It's just difficult to utilize PTO a lot of the time due to the company's stringent payroll.
40% employee discount , but you have to order it off the website which can take weeks as that division is legendary for incompetence.
Paid time off, vacation time, employee discount
Had a good work/life balance and vacations. Medical wasn’t the greatest but that was many moons ago.
Seems to be very basic, company has not advanced to match most basics other companies now provide to what is considered "lower management".
I had great basic benefits. I can't complain!
401k is an option for full-time employees but I had to sign up for this and no real resources were available to find out more info. Vacation time was decent but you were only allowed to use one week off but paid time off maxed out at 100 hours.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
