It consistently lost money at an average rate of five percent. The opposite of good.
Great way to save but would be better to have a matching program.
No company match. Why offer if there is no match?
Only 3% and no match
The employer match is less than previous employers in the same industry.
The company never matched our 401k. I just had one because it was like a savings and I'm glad I did. Ed Fields, merely a convincing and debonair speaker, promised all staff to get excited every time we met which grew few and far between, but that 401k would be matched! Goodies coming back! Culture coming back! Yeah...nope...quite the contrary. Most saw right through him. All that lack of transparency training (or any training but you were reprimanded for something you had nothing about) but talk just makes you sit there and wonder what goes on inside the minds of people.
No employer match, pay is good
It was ok I have no complaints
