The 401K is a good benefit. Healthcare was not bad but was not thrilled to pay some out of pocket.
They offer a 401k with a net annual loss of 5%. Health benefits that kinda suck and I think that makes the 20 word min.

Insurance changes on a dime - we have a terrible plan - Blue cross blue shield. We used to have Aetna which was great but now even our insurance sucks and the plan for a family is expensive. Also no 401K match at this job. So you may as well not contribute in house. Most of the benefits we do get are through our HR contracted company, Insperity.
Best thing about the benefits package is the pay.
