Generous maternity leave policy in line with similar tech companies in the market, and (potentially more importantly) a leadership team that supports employees taking time to bond and being truly offline for any portion of leave that you choose to take. Office management / operations team is amazing in helping you through the transition back to work - ensuring you have everything you need in terms of office logistics (e.g., mothers room) and friendly support that genuinely cares about your and your child's wellbeing. One hit or miss - obviously your day-to-day leading up to leave and coming back from it will be heavily impacted by your individual manager, and managers vary in how supportive / understanding they are... But org overall is supportive.
