    The best was the number of benefits offered, the number of health screening offered at the workplace, the number to events to help employees take advantage of perks and specials offers. The pricing was also competitive.

    Medical is good and affordable for an individual. Holidays are weird Christmas is not considered a holiday. If you can’t get time off you lose it, you can’t carry any over.

    Healthcare is a joke, the owner does not contribute a single penny, retail options are better at the same price. 401k is ok. No options for extended insurance like basic life and disability. Vacation is limited. 2 weeks until like year 5. Minor federal holidays are not off, only the big ones (New Years, July 4, Thanksgiving, Memorial, Christmas Day).

    Good benefits but few options. I only used the dental benefits. The 401k is good as well. The commission structure is what needs to be improved. It’s not fair that nobody in upper management cares about the commission for the sales team.

    The deductibles are very HIGH. You have to spend over $2,500 before your insurance that you you pay over $1,800 in premiums for every year kicks in, if you have an emergency or surgery.
