Health insurance plan is great for those with families
HACA offers great medical benefits!
HACA pays full premiums for employees and if you add dependents/family to your plan they cover over 90% or their premiums as well. Plan covers children under the age of 18 at 100%. This is the best company health coverage I have ever encountered.
Superb benefits package for employees
One of the best benefits packages in Austin
HACA offers 100% paid medical insurance as well as offers short term and long term disability insurance. They contribute to your 401k and they offer a deferred comp plan as well.
As an intern, there wasn't a benefits package available.
$25 monthly charge for smokers, and in-network coverage primarily. Otherwise, great! Reasonable deductibles and rates to insure family members. HR strives to meet needs of employees.
HACA offers 100% paid insurance for employees. Overall the plan is decent and for the price it can't be be beat. Among the insurance benefits, HACA offers generous time off, employee outings and equitable salaries.
