very easy place to work, it is a relaxed environment, pay is not bad for what you do, only thing is that you are basically a middleman between students and resources

No match for retirement 403b, but that is typical for education. Great for health insurance benefits. Tuition reimbursement at up to $2100 per year is great. You start with 2 weeks paid vacation, plus 2 weeks for the Christmas break and 1 week for Spring break in addition to normal holidays.
